NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at Hartwell Business Park, 127 Hartwell Street, West Boylston, Massachusetts, on Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at 7:00 p.m., to act on the petition of the Sunshine Sign Company, Gary Cunningham, Representative, 121 Westboro Road, North Grafton, MA, requesting a Variance for property located at 306 West Boylston Street, West Boylston, MA (Clinton Savings Bank), for the purpose of installing a 36”x 160” internally-illuminated roof sign. Record title stands in the name of Wachusett Realty LLC, 200 Church Street, Clinton, MA, 01510. A copy of the petition is on file in the office of the Town Clerk, 127 Hartwell Street. All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing.
